1. The service

snakegames.in provides the free browser game "Snake Arena" and educational content about building snake games. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Intellectual property

The Snake Arena game code, design, text, and tutorials are owned by snakegames.in and protected by copyright. You may not republish the game or site content as your own. Tutorial code marked as runnable is provided for learning: you may use, modify, and share it freely in your own projects, including commercial ones.

3. Trademarks and third parties

snakegames.in is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC; references to Google's snake doodle are descriptive comparisons only. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service for malicious purposes.
• Do not scrape the site at volumes that degrade it for other players.
• Automated play for testing purposes is fine; automated abuse is not.

5. No warranty

The site and game are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Your high scores live in your browser's storage; we cannot restore them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, snakegames.in is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
